Overview:

We are seeking a Program Analyst to join our dynamic team in supporting a Software Development and Support program utilizing ServiceNow’s Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform for a federal agency. The ideal candidate will bring experience in administrative and support functions vital to project management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking project progress. The role demands excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate the efficient flow of information between project teams and ensure the enforcement of project deadlines and milestones. A strong familiarity with project management software and methodologies is essential, alongside outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. This position is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to contribute to the success of a critical federal program by optimizing project outcomes through effective analysis and support. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including the scheduling of tasks, allocation of resources, and monitoring of project progress to ensure timely completion.

Communication and Coordination: Excel in facilitating clear and effective communication across project teams, aiding in the adherence to project deadlines and the achievement of milestones through efficient coordination.

Software and Methodology Proficiency: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of project management tools and methodologies, employing these techniques to enhance project efficiency and organization.

Organizational Excellence: Utilize exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple project elements simultaneously, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to project timelines.

Required Qualifications:

· Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass a background check and receive a Public Trust clearance.

· Bachelor's degree is required.

· 3-6 years relevant experience.

· 8 years relevant experience may be substituted for education.

· Proficient in Microsoft’s Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project).

· Strong organizational skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Desired Skills:

· ITIL v3 and/or ITIL v4 Certification(s)

· In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow ESM platform and its capabilities is highly desired.

· ServiceNow Certification(s) in any modality is highly desired.

· PMP, CAPM Certifications are a plus.
